All items will be brand new unless stated otherwise and will ship in original packaging from the manufacturer; however, situations arise where an item will have to be opened and repackaged for shipment; damage to box, item opened for inspection, floor model, boxes got wet, or any other reason. When this happens the item will be professionally repacked and shipped without prior notice and is still a brand new item.
RETURNS
We strive to ensure our customer's satisfaction. We understand that shopping online can be worrisome and we want to alleviate that stress by allowing our customers to shop with us online and that's why we accept returns within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange.
